An Innovation Management System is a guiding framework for all types of companies and other organizations that want to strengthen their innovation capabilities. The world’s first international standard for an innovation management system has been published by ISO. Using and implementing the ISO 56002 standard and other international guidelines as a framework to design, build, and operate a great innovation management system is not easy; it can be a complex task with company-specific requirements.

The world is experiencing an unprecedented rate of disruptive technological, social, and environmental change, and corporations are finding it challenging to cope with these issues. This is where the ISO 56000 innovation standard series can play a vital role:

  • It provides structured methods and reliable data that save time in the innovation process.
  • It makes it easier to disseminate groundbreaking ideas and knowledge about cutting-edge techniques.

Our model is based on ISO 56000 and Arthur D.Little Framework

INNOTECH methodology for designing an innovation management system and implementing standards in companies includes four steps. This model outlines a structured approach for implementing an innovation management system, starting with an analysis of the current state, followed by the design of a comprehensive framework, planning and implementation steps, and finally, the establishment of an innovation management dashboard.

    • Data collection
    • Benchmarking
    • Root cause analysis (RCA)
    • Presentation of the problem statement

    • Operational layer (execution)
    • Support layer

    • Defining roles and duties of individuals
    • Establishing the area of authority (RACI)
